you are one of those high maintenance spoiled girls...
how does Steve keep you happy with all your demands...iv solution, sterile supplies, anesthesia, the list goes one.
Glad you were able to "get away"
How about next time just let tour quide barbie book a hotel for you with a king size bed in a NICE part of town...that's what I'm talkin' about.

a former boss of mine had to have cancer surgery on her lower eyelid rim (who puts sunscreen there??!)
and a hystericalrectamy. She told everyone she was having a eyelift and tummy tuck!

Give yourself a retreat to rest from the retreat!

Wow, I could have made you a REALLY nice meal and cleaned your kitchen for less than that... Think about it, I don't take insurance cards... LOL and Ouch.

Okay, chick... don't be tempted by those offers above me. Come on down to the 'burg where the security is tops. I'll throw some soup in the cooker and we'll run around like chickens with our heads cut off. Now doesn't THAT sound relaxing? (But Tour Guide Barbie was tops on the fun scale.)

Some people will do just about anything for a little holiday! Somehow, though, I think you should consider some place a bit less luxurious next time. Come to think of it, let's hope there isn't a next time!

WOW. What kind of "self administrable drugs" were those? Hopefully not ibuprofen. I could have give you a deal on those.

anya: i saw that one too and about died. right before i left to go home, they wanted to switch me over from iv to oral painkillers. that $148 bill was for one vicodin and 3 other little pills to help stop the bleeding. crazy, huh?

I think the hospital billing department just makes up random numbers (rather large ones at that) when drawing up these bills.

So the doctors that treated you will now be taking their REAL tropical getaway. I hope you at least got a take home package...plastic bins, pads, syringes..private limo service home!

No wonder health insurance is astronomical with those charges! Yikes!! I could have bought a new car for that price--then again, my dental implants and all that preceded them came pretty close to that price, too. Gee Becky, what we could have done with that money in our pockets!!
