OUCH! Tell Stevie that Erik shaved his lip when he was two. BTW...if Kayla moves here, she can skip the shaving and be hairy with the Oregonians! BTW...I love Ben's new blog.
Of course I taught her proper technique, it's Kayla though - Steve asked her...did ya NOT feel the pain the first inch? I mean she took a 12 inch chunk out of her shin. Makes me squirm just thinking about it.
Oh. I'm SO thankful to you Kayla! We do learn from others mistakes--I think you have taken a sufficient chunk out of your leg for each of your upcoming leg shaving cousins! So Sarah thanks you too. (Sorry!)
ahhhhhh, the pain. we've all done it, so we're feeling for you. better luck next time. and the time after and after that because really, you have plenty-o-shaving opportunities ahead of you... :)
My PRE-TEEN is just starting to shave but she has the opposite problem, she is so afraid of cutting herself that she doesn't even shave the hair :) She is getting better though.
Time to find an electric razor. They do have them for ladies. My parents gave me one for Christmas many many years ago, and occasionally I still use it. I've also knicked myself with the razor and have had gouges like Kayla's as well and still have the scars on my chins at my "young" age. It's that first attempt that is scary, and I am sure she is very sore. Aunt Shirley

Are you sure she didn't just stick her leg into the lawn mower? ;)

OUCH- been there- done that. Sorry Kayla- learning with pain is not fun, but don't let that stop you. You will have plenty of time to keep practicing.
Oh that makes me cringe. I don't even know you and your blog has caused me pain.
You have a beautiful family. I'm just hopping over from Les's blog.
LOL--Becky i did the same thing the first time I tried to shave my legs. I feel for her. :)
