...remember the post "Just when?" Becky and her doctor have a standing phrase that is understood. If something will go wrong, it'll happen to Becky. Surgery went as scheduled this afternoon, although the less invasive surgery for placenta accreta turned into an emergency hysterectomy. Full-on abdominal surgery. Recovery won't be a fiesta. You can have my uterus if you want. It's not doing anything. Trade you a womb for a kidney? Seems fair, right?
